As the final primary level, although the syllabus has a small amount of literacy, it needs to reinforce the vocabulary of the previous years. Hence, our curriculum has added word reviews and summarisation. In terms of reading comprehension and writing, the teaching method of Primary 5 is continued, but the focus is on letting students understand the method of answering questions in relation to scoring points.

In terms of oral expression, they will learn how to choose the content and words of speech according to the situation and the object, all while learning how they can express their opinions and respond appropriately to the opinions of others. In terms of writing, Higher Chinese essay writing will continue to focus on situational composition and complete articles. Our course will teach students to select appropriate writing materials according to the topic, connecting to life experience and existing knowledge, to make the content substantial, specific, and meaningful.

六年级作为毕业年级，虽然本身的识字量不多，但是需要兼顾前面几年的词汇，所以我们的课程加入了词语复习、归纳整理的教学。在阅读理解和写作方面，延续五年级的教学方法，但是侧重于让学生明白答题的方法和得分点。
在口语表达方面，能根据情境和对象选择说话内容和用语；能发表看法，并对他人的看法作出适当的回应。在写作方面，高华作文将会继续学习情景作文和完成文章。我们的课程将会教授学生根据题目选取合适的写作素材，联系生活经验及已有知识，做到内容充实、具体、有意义。
