Primary 5 is the level with the most vocabulary building. As students enter the upper grades of primary school, in addition to the increase in words, the meanings of words are also more abstract. The textbooks we compiled take this into full consideration in the teaching of words and phrases. Through detailed explanations in each class and exercises and reviews after class, students can better master these words. In terms of reading comprehension, students should be able to sort out the order of events, make comparisons (opinions, content, character changes), summarize the content (character characteristics, paragraph ideas, article themes, and make conclusions), and express their opinions on the content (such as the words and actions of characters). Higher Chinese essay writing is no longer a model of describing pictures. Higher Chinese essay writing in the upper levels will consist of situational composition and complete articles. Our course will teach students to select appropriate writing materials according to the topic, connecting to life experience and existing knowledge, to make the content substantial, specific, and meaningful.

五年级是识字量最多的一个年级,进入了小学高年级,除了识字量增加,字义也比较抽象。我们编写的教材在字词教学方面充分考虑到了这点,通过每节课的详细讲解,课后的练习和回顾,让学生更好地掌握这些词汇。在阅读理解方面,学生要能理出事件的发展顺序,能进行比较(看法,内容,人物变化),也能概括内容(人物性格特点、段落大意、文章主旨、作出总结),就内容(如人物言行)发表看法。高华作文已经不是看图描述的模式,高年段的高华作文将要学习情景作文和完成文章。我们的课程将会教授学生根据题目选取合适的写作素材,联系生活经验及已有知识,做到内容充实、具体、有意义。
