Registration, Fees & Payments
- Course fees are payable prior to commencement of the class for new and existing enrolment.
- All course fees are charge based on how many lessons on the particular month.
- The registration fees of $40 is a one-time payment.
- A refundable deposit of $150 will be collected upon enrolment.
- The centre reserves the right to make amendments to any fees, rules and regulations or policies, including change of tutors. Prior notice will only be given for change of class schedules or academic term dates.
Absence from class and make-up class
- Students who are unable to attend a class must inform the centre before the start of the class.
- Prior notice of at least 24 hours must be given, else there will be no make-up class for the student. ( Excluding valid Medical Certificate)
- Make-up class will be subjected to the centre schedule of classes offered. If a student cannot attend the make-up class, class materials will be given.
- There will be no refund of course fees for the missed class(es).
- Do inform the centre earlier if there are travelling plans or school events so we can try to arrange more choices of schedule for the classes.
Notice for termination of course
- Parents are to inform the centre and fill up the withdrawal form if wish to terminate or withdraw from the course. One calendar month notice to the school before the last lesson, else will be liable for payment of one month’s course fees. The deposit will be forfeited without one calendar month notice.
- Notice will only take effect from the day withdrawal form is submitted to our centre.
- Example, if student wishes to withdraw in June, notice must be given before 7th of June. Tuition fees must be paid as per normal for month of June. Upon completion of June course, deposit will be refunded based on the stated method in the withdrawal form by last day of July.
Use of Personal data
- Images and videos may be taken for centre usage. However permission shall be sought in advance from parents/guardians if the child appears in the marketing materials. (The centre shall not use these images if permission has been denied.)
Safety
- The centre’s sole responsibility is to provide educational classes for the children. Therefore, the centre, including its staffs and teachers shall not be held liable for any personal injury sustained by your child.
- The centre shall not be held liable for any loss of property during your child’s attendance of lessons at the centre.
- CCTV is present in our centres for the safety of students.
