Entering Primary 2, students have a certain foundation in literacy and hanyu pinyin, which we will continue to consolidate and strengthen. In addition to the learning of 600-650 commonly used characters stipulated by the Ministry of Education, we have additional training to improve students' comprehension ability through exercises such as character identification, word selection, sentence completion, and reading comprehension. Basic composition teaching is also a major focus in the second grade, which will lay a good foundation for writing in the later levels.
